To prepare the batter take a mixing bowl and mix together 100g gram flour,2tbsp rice flour, salt as required, 1tsp coriander powder,1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp red chili powder. Mix a little water, add ¼ bunch chopped coriander and keep aside.
Slice 2 potatoes into ½ inch thick round and
Cut 4-5 slices of cheese of the same size
Take a potato round, put the cheese on top and cover with the other potato round
Dip the potato sandwich into the batter and fry until golden brown
Repeat the process with the remaining potatoes
