Ingredients
  1. 10-15 baby potatoes, peeled and parboiled in salted water
  2. ½ cup curd
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbsp red chili powder
  5. ½ tsp turmeric
  6. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. ½ tsp garam masala powder
  9. ½ tsp salt
  10. 2 chopped onions
  11. Coriander leaves, chopped to garnish
Method
  • Drain 10-15 potatoes, pierce lightly with a fork
  • Mix ½ cup of curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tbsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt
  • and ½ tsp garam masala powder and leave to marinate for a while.
  • Heat oil; add 2 chopped onions and sauté add the marinated potatoes.
  • Cook till thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
