Ingredients
  1. Spaghetti 1 packet
    Spaghetti sauce 2 cups
    Pepperoni sliced 2-3
    Black olives sliced 5-6
    Mushrooms sliced 8 ounce
    Mozzarella cheese shredded 8 ounces
    Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce
    Olive oil 1 tbsp
    Onion chopped  1
    Garlic chopped 1 clove
    Tomatoes (peeled & diced) 4-5
    Ketchup 2 tbsp
    Tomato paste 2 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Dried oregano ½ tsp
    Salt ¼ tsp
Method
  • 1.   Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onionand garlic and cook 2 to 4 minutes, mix in diced tomatoes, tomato paste,ketchup, sugar, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to lowand simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until flavors are blended, stirringfrequently
    Method for Spaghetti
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti inthe boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firmto the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.Stir spaghetti sauce into pasta until coated; add pepperoni, olives, andmushrooms on top of spaghetti. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese whilsthot.
