In a pan put together 2 cup milk, 1 cup marshmallow and ½ cup cocoa powder. Cook till smooth mixture is formed.
Mix well and remove from fire.
Add in 1 packet cream, 1 tin condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Fold gently.
Pour mixture in an airtight jar, freeze till half firm, then add 1 cup walnut, mix well and freeze overnight.
