  2. Spinach 250 gm
  3. Saag 250 gm
  4. Fresh or dry fenugreek as required
  5. Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  6. Onion 1
  7. Green chillies 3-4
  8. Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  11. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Butter 4-5 tbsp
  14. Oil 3-4 tbsp
  15. Salt to taste
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Pehly pateeli main palak, saag, taaza ya khushk methi, 2 khany ky chamchy adrak lehsun ka paste, hari mirchain, piyaaz aur paani daal kr itna pakain k paani khushk hojaye aur saag gal jaye.
  • 2- Phir is main ghota laga kr aik taraf rakh dyn.
  • 3- Ab pan main oil aur makhan garam kr ky bacha hua 1 khany ka chmcha adrak lehsun ka paste fry kr lyn.
  • 4- Phir is main kuti laal mirch, pisi haldi, kuti kaali mirch, pisa zeera, pisa garam masala aur namak daal kr bhoon lyn.
  • 5- Ab is ko saag main shaamil kr lyn aur pakain.
  • 6- akhir main tyaar saag ghotala dish main nkaal kr serve kryn.
