Ingredients
  1. Milk (cold) 1 kg
  2. Sugar ½ cup
  3. Pistachios (chopped) 3
  4. Almonds (chopped) 3
  5. Saffron ½ tsp
  6. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. China grass 2 cups
  8. Basil seeds 1 tbsp
Method
  • • Mix all ingredients in milk.
  • • Refrigerate and serve chilled in glasses.
