Put ½ cup of pearl rice in 1 cup of water and keep for 1 hour.
In a pan pour 4 cups of milk, 2-3 green cardamom and allow to boil.
When 3 cups left then add 2cups of grated carrots, pearl rice, 1/8 tsp salt and ½ cup of sugar and cook for 8-10 min.
When kheer thickens then dish out on serving dish
Garnish with raisins and almonds.
