  2. شکر ----- ایک کپ
  3. کالا نمک ---- حسب ذائقہ
METHOD
  • شکر چار کھانے کے چمچے پانی میں ملا کر پکائیں اور شیرہ تیار کر کے ٹھنڈا کرلیں- لیموں کا رس نکال کر شیرے میں شامل کریں- حسب ضرورت مقدار میں کرش کی ہوئی برف اور ٹھنڈا پانی مکس کر کے سرونگ گلاسز میں نکالیں کالا نمک چھڑک کر سرو کریں-
