Ingredients

Chopped Chicken sausages 6-7
Diced and chopped capsicum 2
boiled Potatoes 2
cubed Onion 1
Crushed black Pepper 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
chopped Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Boiled peas, corn,beans,carrots 1 cup

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Lay out the sausages with pieces of boiled potatoes, onions,
vegetables and capsicums on a baking dish.
Add all the spices to it and drizzle oil on it. Sprinkle salt
and pepper; mix it up well.
Bake the dish for 7-8 minutes. Toss half way around
