Mix together 90 gm white butter and ½ tsp orange rind. Also add 1 tsp tahina sauce and 1 egg.Now add 110 gm flour and 60 gm round almonds. Mix well and knead to soft dough.Now put the dough in a bowl. Cover with a plastic and refrigerate for 10 – 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator. Make small balls. Put each ball in a greased oven proof tray. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on each biscuit. Press each biscuit with your thumb.
Bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes till golden brown.Remove from oven, keep aside to cool. Put in a serving plate and serve.
