Ingredients
  1. Milk ½ liter
    Cream 1 packet
    Khoya  1 cup
    Condensed milk 1 cup
    Sugar  ½ cup
    Almond  25 gm
    Pistachio 25 gm
    Walnut  25 gm
    Desiccated coconut 50 gm
    Kewra 1 tsp
    Corn flour  1 tbsp
    Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
    Yellow color a pinch
    Silver foil  as required
Method
    1. In a pan put ½ liter of milk.
      Cook till it comes to a boil. Now add ½ cup sugar and mix well.
      Also add 1 tbsp corn flour paste and cook till thickens.
      Now add a pinch of yellow color, 1 tsp kewra, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 1 cup khoya, 1 packet cream, 1 cup condensed milk, 25 gm chopped almond, 25 gm chopped walnut and 25 gm chopped pistachio.
      Cool the mixture, pour in ice cream molds and freeze for 4 hours.
      Now remove Qulfa from molds, sprinkle with 50 gm desiccated coconut.
      Garnish with silver foil and serve chilled.
