Heat oil in a wok, add 1tbsp crushed garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add 20 curry leaves, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1/2tsp mustard seeds and 1/2tsp onion seeds.
Fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 ground red chilies along with 4tbsp ketchup,3tbsp chili garlic sauce, ½ tsp crushed red pepper salt to taste and all the chopped vegetables. Toss well. Lastly fold in the boiled Kolson shell macaroni and mix.
The delicious shell is ready to serve.
