METHOD:
1- Oil garam kr ky garam masala karkara lyn.
2- Phir is main tamatar, namak, pisi laal mirch, dhaniya powder, adrak ka paste, lehsun ka paste aur haldi shaamil kr ky pakain.
3- Is ky baad machli daal kr itna pakain k wo gal jaye.
4- Jab machli ka paani khushk hojaye tw is nkaal kr rakh lyn.
5- Ab isi masalay main Rice k liye paani daal kr chawal pakain.
6- Phir is main hari mirchyn, fry piyaaz aur machli daal kr dam dyn aur chopped dhaniya daal kr serve kryn.
