Ingredients
  1. Ingredients for Pulao:
  3. Rice ( soaked ) 2 cups
  4. Fish 500 gm
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  10. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  11. All spices 1 tbsp
  12. Tomatoes 3
  13. Chopped coriander 1/4 cups
  14. Green chillies 3-4
  15. Fried onions 1/4 cup
  16. Oil 1/2 cup
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Oil garam kr ky garam masala karkara lyn.
  • 2- Phir is main tamatar, namak, pisi laal mirch, dhaniya powder, adrak ka paste, lehsun ka paste aur haldi shaamil kr ky pakain.
  • 3- Is ky baad machli daal kr itna pakain k wo gal jaye.
  • 4- Jab machli ka paani khushk hojaye tw is nkaal kr rakh lyn.
  • 5- Ab isi masalay main Rice k liye paani daal kr chawal pakain.
  • 6- Phir is main hari mirchyn, fry piyaaz aur machli daal kr dam dyn aur chopped dhaniya daal kr serve kryn.
