Corn flour 1 tbsp

Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic crushed 1 tbsp

Green chillies finely chopped 1

Hot sauce 4 tbsp

Chilli garlic sauce 4 tbsp

Chicken stock 3/4 cup

Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Corn flour 2 tsp

Green Onion as required

Oil 4 tbsp

METHOD

METHOD:

1- Chicken main anda, maida, corn flour, namak, aur kuti kaali mirch mila kr thori dair rakhain.
2- phir isy fry kr lyn.
3- sauce banany ky liye Oil garam kr ky kuti adrak lehsun aur bareek kati hui hari mirch fry kr lyn.
4- phir is main hot sauce, soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce aur chicken stock shaamil kr ky ubaal aany tak pakain.
5- is ky baad corn flour sy gaarha kr lyn.
6- saath hi fry ki hui chicken aur bareek katy kaaju mila dyn.
7- ab isy garam kiye huy sizzler pr daalyn aur hari piyaaz sy garnish kr ky serve kryn.
