Ingredients
  1. Boiled spaghetti ½ packet
    Butter 4 tbsp
    Chicken stock ½ cup
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Broccoli 1 small
    Carrot sliced 1 medium
    Peas boiled ½ cup
    Onion chopped 1
    Ridge gourd sliced 1
    Garlic chopped 3 – 4 cloves
    Prawns  300 gm
    Fish (cut into cubes) 300 gm
    Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
    Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
    Chili powder ½ tsp
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Slightly blanch broccoli and keep aside.
    Heat butter in a pan, add prawns and fish cubes, fry for a few minutes and keep aside.
    Now put boiled spaghetti, sliced carrot, boiled peas, chopped onion, sliced ridge gourd and blanched broccoli to the same wok. Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
    Also add ½ cup chicken stock, cover and cook on low flame for 6 – 7 minutes.
    Now remove the lid, add in fried fish and prawns. Also add salt to taste, black pepper powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and chili powder. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes and mix well.
    Lastly add ½ cup fresh cream, stir fry on high flame.
    Dish it out and serve hot.
