1. Boil and peel the dasheen. Mix all the spices in it and leave for half an hour.
2. Then heat oil in a pan and put in curry leaves.
3. Stir for 30 seconds, add marinated dasheen, squeeze lemon on it and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Lower the heat and cover. When completely dry.
5. Stir again for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
