Sprinkle 2 tbsp castor sugar on 1 tin strawberry, put in freezer. Also freeze 1 packet cream till firm. Dissolve 1 packet of strawberry jelly in 2 cup warm water, pour in serving glasses and keep aside till firm. Now blend together strawberries and chilled cream. Pour in glasses, garnish with 100 gm walnut and fresh cream. Serve chilled.
