Ingredients
  1. 1) Cream style or Steamed corn 1 cup
  2. 2) baby Carrots 6(finely chopped)
  3. 3) Beans 10(finely chopped)
  4. 4) garlic 1tsp(mince)
  5. 5) onion 1/4cup(finely chopped)
  6. 6) water 4 cups
  7. 7) cornflour 3tsp
  8. 8) sugar 1/4 tsp (according to tast)
  9. 9) salt To taste
Method
  • 1. Saute onion and all other vegetables for 5 min.
  • 2. Mix water and cornflour.Add required salt and sugar.
  • 3. Add cornflour mixture to vegetables and bring to boil Simmer to required consistency.
  • 4. Sprinkle spring onion on top.
  • 5. Serve hot.
