First wash the wings drum stick and put them in the strainer.
Then mix 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste and heat little oil in a frying pan and cook them water dries.
Then in a bowl add 2 eggs white with 1 tbsp corn flour and dip drumstick in the batter and cook them till it turn golden brown.
In a wok add 2 tbsp oil with 1 cup chicken stock, 1 tbsp corn flour to mix and cook till it turns thick.
Then add 2 to 3 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp jiggery, ½ cup tomato ketchup, pineapple juice and chopped garlic to cook.
Then fry 1 diced capsicum and ass in batter with fried drum sticks, 1 tin pineapple cube and 1 tsp sesame oil to serve.
