1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch (1 cm) wide strips.
2. Combine all marinade ingredients.
3. Toss with chicken and allow to maninate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator.
4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
5. Broil or grill for about 5 minutes, turning once, brushing with marinade.
6. TIP: Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent them from charring.
