  10. Oil 5 tbsp
  11. Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  12. Cayenne Red chilli 3 tbsp
  13. Green cardamom Few
  14. Salt 1 tsp
  15. Onion 1 small
  16. Garlic 1 tbsp
  17. Ginger 1 tbsp
  18. Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  19. White pepper 1 tbsp
  20. salt 1 tbsp
  21. Lemongrass 4 tbsp
  22. Whole red chilli 6-8
  23. Coriander 1 tbsp

Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Chilli paste ky tamam ajzaa 2 cup paani ky saath blender main daalyn aur bareek pees lyn.
  • 2- Ab aik pan main oil garam kr ky pehly piyaaz fry krlyn.
  • 3- Phir is main chicken boneless daal kar 2 minute fry kr lyn.
  • 4- Is ky baad chilli paste, fish sauce, pisi moong phali, imli ka gooda, hari ilaichi aur 3 cup paani shaamil krdyn.
  • 5- Ubaal aany par cubes main kata aalo daal dyn aur darmiyani aanch pr 5 minute pakalyn.
  • 6- Ab is main brown sugar, namak, aur talhar mirch paste shamil kr dyn.
  • 7- Akhir main coconut milk daal kar 5 minute pakain aur hara dhaniya shaamil kr ky chawalon ky saath serve kryn.
