Ingredients
  1. Beef 1 kg (4-8 pcs)
  2. Chili powder 3 tbsp
  3. Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp (Roasted n crushed)
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Salt ½ tsp
  6. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  7. Yogurt ½ cup
  8. Orange food color a pinch
  9. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  10. Oil ¼ cup
  11. For Pulao:
  12. Rice ½ kg (pre soak for 20 minutes)
  13. Oil ½ cup
  14. Onion 2 sliced
  15. Black cumin ½ tsp
  16. Green chilies 1 tbsp
  17. Mixed whole spice 1 tbsp
  18. Bay leaf 1
  19. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  20. Stock cube 1
  21. Salt 1 tsp
Method
  • Marinate the beef with all the beef ingredients.
  • And leave it to marinate for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours. Cook the beef in a covered pan until it is cooked through.
  • In the end, place a small lump of coal atop aluminum foil within the pan.
  • And let the coal’s aroma seep into the beef and its spices.
  • In a Separate Pot, heat oil, add the onion and fry it till its light golden brown, add all the ingredients for the pulao, and cook till the rice is ready.
  • Add the beef on top and leave it covered on low heat for 10 – 15 minutes. Mix the rice and beef and serve with raita.
