Ingredients
  1. Baqarkhani 150 gm
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Sugar 4 tbsp
  4. Almonds 56 gm (crushed)
  5. Walnuts 56 gm (crushed)
  6. Raisins 56 gm
  7. Desiccated coconut 28 gm
  8. Cream 1 cup (whipped)
Method
  • 1.Heat milk and add sugar.
  • 2.Cook till sugar dissolves and then remove.
  • 3.Break baqarkhanis and spread in a pyrex dish.
  • 4.Layer with almonds, walnuts, raisins and desiccated coconut.
  • 5.Gently pour milk over it.
  • 6.Spread cream on top.
  • 7.Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°c for 25 minutes and remove.
  • 8.Serve warm..
  • Note: Cooking Time: 35-40 minuts, Serving: 3-4 persons
