  1. 1 cup flour
    ½ cup gram flour
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp cornflour
    2 cup chilled water
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp red chilli powder
    1 sliced egg plant
    1 sliced potato
    1 sliced capsicum
    1 sliced onion in circles
    ½ cup grated cabbage
    Oil for deep frying
  • In a bowl, beat eggs and chilled water properly.
    Then add flour, gram flour, corn flour, salt and red chili powder in it and mix properly
    Then add sliced egg plant, sliced potato, sliced capsicum and onion rings in the batter and deep fry them.
    Then add grated cabbage in it and deep fry like pakoras.
    Delicious Vegetable Crisps are ready to serve.
