Ingredients
  1. Potatoes 5 boiled and skinned
    Butter 5 tbsp
    Milk 2/3 cup
    Cream 1/4 cup
    Wasabi paste 1 1/2 tbsps
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    Pepperoni cut into bits 3 tbsps
Method
  • Mash potatoes along with warm milk and butter until smooth.
    Whisk the wasabi along with the cream.
    Add to the mashed potatoes along with salt and pepper and combine well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
    Fry pepperoni bits till crisp.
    Garnish mashed potatoes with pepperoni bits and serve.
