Ingredients
  1. Beef ............... 250gm
  2. Papaya paste ............... 2 tsp
  3. Ginger paste ............... 1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic paste ............... 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt ............... as needed
  6. Yogurt ............... 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder ............... as required
  8. Green chilli ............... Chopped
Method
  • 1- Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  • 2- Now net the meat for five to six hours.
  • 3- Apply my netted meat to the skewers.
  • 4- Barbecue on coals or grill over low heat.
  • 5- Serve hot with mint sauce, rice or salad.

I marinate Beef Tikka Boti for a few hours as the taste is improved by doing this. I also apply the paste of Papaya, Ginger, and Garlic.
