Mumtaz Dultana while adressing a literally cirlce of Pakistan Muslim league during 1965 once said " The Indian secularism is a phythegoreon. For it truth and reality writes in numbers. When you are in an over whelming majority, why then democracy by single vote in the moduretic flavour of secularism adds weapons to ancient armory of Brahmanism"

Roughly seventy two years ago, a country with the name of India surfaced as a secular state on the nation states system's board as new country in South Asia. Due to her de facto diverse nature of culture, religion and even politics, Secularism, as backed by their founders, is the only thread that can stich the chest of a new born heterogeneous country and clench her togather as one country. Impressed, later deceived unfortunately, by the founder's vision, 23 billion muslims and other religious minorities accepted to be a part of india and strongly opposed Pakistan's independence because they , until 1982, failed to recognise the beast of Hindutva nationalism breathing in the lap of secularistic indian politics.

Backed by jingoistic spirit, religious fanaticism and ultranationalism, Hindutva came into existence in 1923 through hybridization of two secessionist movements, the Sunghattan and Shuddi, by Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.

Hindutva is a nationalist ideology which beleive in the racial supremacy and political as well as cultural hegemony of Hindus in the Indian subcontinent.According to Hindutva map, the Indian Subcontinent, which they called Akhand Baharat or Pavithar Asthan (Holy land), is the bona fide inherited land of Hindus which expand to South of Himalayas and Hindukash and all the inhibitants residing the Indian Subcontinent including Muslims, Christians, Sikh and Persis are Hindus by culture. Right from the day one, since its creation, the Hindutva ideology has been reprimanded severely world wide and many political scientists declared this movement as anti-democratic movement which sprinkles Hindu cultural hegemony, fascism and ethnic absolutism over secular indian politics. The concise dictionary of politics and International relations also declared that " Hindutva has a fascist undertone".

Possesed by the demon of religious zealotry, the Hindutva followers ripped the national as well as international criticism apart and continued with its expidition. They started developing different Hindu nationalists volunteer organisations like Rashtriya Swayem Sewak Sang (RSS), formed in 1925, Vishwa Hindu Prashad (VHP) and a political party by the name of Bahartya Jannata Party (BJP). This complex combo of different organisations, core groups and political party were named as "Sangh Parivar" and has the following horrible and anti-democratic manifesto.

To monopolise the indian politics by Hindu nationalist politics. To engulf and indegenise the Jammu and Kasmir territory by strengthening their territorial expansionism's credentials. To digest different religions into Hinduism by different religious conversion practices, like what they did with the Balmiki religion of Mahaveer. To turn indian text books into Hindu nationalist books. To built and implememt Uniform Civil Courts throughout India and last but not the least, to resolve different historic religious dispute unilaterally like Ayodhya.

But all their dreams of taking down indian secularism shattered into pieces after a humiliating defeat in 1982 election where they win only two seats. Hit hard by this ignominy of defeat, the Hindutva leaders realised that no one in India will submit himslef to their ideology in the absence of power we have in our core groups and they started expressing their opprobrius attitude. They founded Bajrhang Dhal in 1984, a core group mainly called "The movement foot soldiers" whose main purpose is to destroy Babri Masjid, a sixteenth century old mosque and to propagate mob violence against muslims and other religious minorities. Bajrang Dhal has currently some twenty five hundred cells across India. The biggest cell, called "The Akhadas" recruiting militants in the name of protecting cows and preparing replicas of NAZI's Brown Shirts as mentioned by Richard Brass. When Narender Modi took the office of Prime minister he backed and legitimised this militant group which makes it grow exponentially more powerful. In the past seven years about two hundred Hindu extremist's attacks have been recorded in the name of protecting cow which left more than a hundred people dead. Mob lynching, women rape, brandishing weapons and enforcing people to chant "Jai Shri Raam" are the tools, used by remotely controlled soldiers of RSS and Bhajrang Dhal, to suppress minorities and to impose their ideology.

Using Babri Masjid as a pretext, the Hindutva followers finally succeeded in making its way to parliment by subverting the public of india, both ideologically and intelectually, and made Atal Bihari Vajpaye as the first prime minister of india from Bahartya Janatha Party. But the struggle, backed by religious fervour and ideological sentiment, didn't stop here and they accelerated their activities for getting two-third majority in parliment. Finally, after seventy two years of untired struggle, they turned down the table of Secularism and succeeded to capture the indian politics and made Narender Modi as one of the strongest prime ministers of the indian political history.

This is the whole paradigm or image of India which holds kashmir inside. Due to more water in their joints and sockets and a strong sweating struggle of 72 years, the indian secularism failed to stand infront of this tsunamic nationalism. Most of the claims made in Hindutva manifesto has been fulfilled like, converting Babri mosque into Mandir, indegenising Jammu and kashmir by abrogating its autonomy and caged in more than eight million people with full communication black out, Passing controversial citizenship law, Triple talaq bill etc and now they are heading towards installing unifrom civil courts.

Kashmir is in the criss-cross hair's trap of Hindutva politics and those so called diplomats who think that Kashmir issue can be resolved on the basis of international covenans through diplomacy, resolutions or knocking United Nation's door are insane and need a bucket of cold water to be dropped on their heads with a slap on their faces to wake them up. There is a long struggle, religious zeal and ideological sentiment behind this move and this craze will never let them reverse its decision to gave kashmir independence. Pakistan policy of countering the offensive realistic policy of India by pacifist diplomacy to resolve kashmir issue wouldn't work because Kashmir is not a piece of cake in a plate but a piece of flesh in the mouth of a hungry beast and a beast can only be treated by another beast.
