European union should take a step to highlight the human rights violations in
Baluchistan and Kashmir but as we have seen the main focus of European union is
on Africa.European union are working in an alliance with united states and also
playing a key role in global politics and human rights.EU has already formulate
a policy regarding Jammu Kashmir issue by compiling a detail report" Kashmir
present situation and future prospect" which covers all parts of Jammu and
Kashmir.And Finally Adopt resolutions on Kashmir in 2007.One side European union
had granted the GSP Plus to Pakistan but on the other hand European Union is
completely silent regarding Jammu and Kashmir issue and Baluchistan as
well.European Commission has given aid of 55 million euros to Army of Pakistan
for the betterment of people of Jammu and Kashmir.The corrupt Pakistani Security
establishment have digested all this aid.Pakistani Security apparatus is busy to
malign and defame the democratic leadership in the name of corruptions.Pakistan
Army has Brought the Chinese army in the name of Mega projects in the disputed
area of former princely sate of jammu and Kashmir particularly in Gilgit
Baltistan the Mega projects,Mega Dams,China Pakistan Economic Corridor etc.we
strongly condemned the human rights violations in Baluchistan including brutal
repression and torture bodies. we also condemned the miserable situation of
Muslims in China. The route of corridor crossing Pakistani controlled Kashmir is
serious point of contention for India. India is concerned about the military
potential of the Gwadar harbour and Chinese arm sales to Pakistan. Despite
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia's Past cooperation, the CPEC may lead to a Gradual
Shift in Pakistan's regional alliances, away from Saudi Arabia and towards China
and Iran. there is new trade route in Pakistan ,Silk Roads: China plans to Spend
Billions on infrastructure in Pakistan that would help open new trade route.The
People of former princely state of Jammu and Kashmir and Baluchistan are
demanding the ownership of these mega projects including china Pakistan Economic
corridor. Once CPEC is completed and the port is fully operational, China will
be able to ensure that a large share of its oil needs are secured via Gwadar,
saving time and billions in costs. More importantly, the new route would
circumvent the potentially vulnerable Strait of Malacca. This is all the more
significant given the United States’ growing presence in the South China Sea,
where it is seeking to expand its influence as part of its pivot to Asia. Thus,
bypassing the Strait of Malacca would present China with the option to avoid
potential confrontation with the US and diminish the strategic value of the
United States’ navy all while monitoring US naval activities 460 kilometers west
of Karachi and still keeping a safe distance from Indian navy bases.
Significantly, while Gwadar is being developed as a commercial port for civilian
use, it could potentially be transformed into a military facility for China’s
navy.
Another factor of relevance is Pakistan’s pledge to purchase eight Chinese
diesel-powered attack submarines, in what analysts have referred to as China’s
largest defence deal to date. In addition to entrenching China’s role as
Pakistan’s foremost arms provider, the submarine fleet could potentially counter
Indian attempts to blockade Pakistani ports on the Indian Ocean.However, its
geopolitical implications are far more extensive, potentially affecting the
course of global politics for years to come.The political and human rights
