Mullah akhtar mansoor was born
in around 1965 in small village called kariz in maiwind district of Kandahar and
belong to Ishaqzai tribe in Afghanistan.
He studied at madrassa in village called Jalozai, in Nowshera district of Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa .He was in charge of the ministry of civil aviation when Taliban was
in power in the 1996-2001 period.
He was killed on Saturday near the town of Ahmad lal in Baluchistan province.
When he was in his car drone attacked his car.U.S president Barack Obama
approved drone strike that killed mullah akhtar because Taliban leader was
overseeing plans for new attacks on America.
The killing of the Taliban leader is likely to have major ramifications both for
efforts to kick start peace talks and for the stormy relationship between the US
and Pakistan.
