Few days ago, I informed Pakistan electric power company (PEPCO) about the theft of electric power in some area of Sindh and I provide them full address.
This information was sent to them using their email address which is available
on their website http://www.pepco.gov.pk/ . According to my resources, no action has been taken till now. It has been more than 15 days and I have sent them three emails, but no action has been taken. More surprising news is that HESCO workers have visited that area many time but they have not taken any action also. I do not understand why PEPCO have requested people of pakistan to inform them about electric power theft. This drama of PEPCO can be seen in most of news papers, where you can find their appeal for information regarding electric power theft. I have made also phone calls but no action has been taken. Is there any one in this whole world who help us from the most corrupt people of HESCO. Why electronic media does not talk on this important issue, it looks that it has got special package from WAPDA. Why our political leaders does not talk on issue seriously, becuase they have been given speacial service by WAPDA. The whole ecnomy of country is going to be collapse becuase of this crime, but no one is ready to take it seriously.
Was not it better to file a case against WAPDA first rather than going after
jinnah poor issue, or mushraf , etc.
Do you get any result going after mr mushraf when he has left the country. Do you get any result in digging past events
like Jinah Poor etc.

irrelevant issues and digging past with Dr Shaid Masood of GEO TV. These are our
philosophers and intellectuals.
Opposition political leaders and people like Dr Shaid Masood are like a person who spends most of his time in making one of largest cakes in order to bring his name in Guinness book of world record but at same time he does not see that he has wasted lot of time because his largest cake will not serve any human being.

Yesterday I saw a documentary on GEO TV channel of Pakistan. The topic was the Violence on women. There was a interview of the woman who was physically tortured and gang raped. It was very sad but more horrible news was that the arrest was not made regarding this crime. Woman was crying like a baby and said that she has been struggling for a long time to get justice but till now, culprits are moving freely and also no one has helped her. There were also other women present in that show being victim of different crimes. My question to our political leaders especially opposition leaders is that when will you be able to help our sisters and daughters who are dying in front of your houses and why are you always busy in those issues which are secondary ( those which come after major issue). Is Mr Mushraf trial more important then a woman dying because of gang rape? Is Mr Mushraf trial more important than corruption in WAPDA?. I am also asking to those political leaders who are 24 hours busy in rising voice for people ( who are thousands miles away from us) that why do not you think first about women who are dying in front of your houses and can be helped very easily?. Off course, you can help our brothers and sisters who are thousand miles away but at least talk about those who are very near to you. You are going to punish super power USA but at same time you have no ability to punish ordinary police inspector who do not help gang raped women because of bribe money. Very amazing people. The real charity begins from home. I will again say that our major problems are not the part of Naseem Hijazi Novel which make us feel like a hero of Muslim world and keep the attention of brainwashed voter. I want to request all of our political leaders through this forum, try to resolve major issues first and then go for secondary issues. Mr Nawaz Shareef and others have always kept busy government in secondary issues and no serious effort was taken by them at any time for our major problems. This is because, Pakistan is not the developed country, where political leaders evolve through merit. I am sure, they will not understand this simple rule and next day, I will again see them on TV talking against Mr Mushraf, USA, etc like a hero of Punjabi Movie.

Dear Dr Afzaal thanks at least some one reads my frustration I do not think, it will make any difference. Unfortunately this problem (corruption in WAPDA or PEPCO) is not taken seriously or even discussed by our media, opposition political parties and govt. It is the duty of them to force the govt to take action against such crimes. Unfortunately our TV media and opposition parties always keep busy to any govt on secondary issues ( those which comes after major issues). The best examples of secondary issues are women’s marathon race, co-education, Mr Mushraf Trial after his left country, etc. I have no idea why people are against co-education when their sons and daughter have studied abroad. I have no idea, why do we discuss people for help who are thousands years away from us instead of helping first who are dying in front of our houses and they can be helped easily. I have no idea why our politicians do not take our life and death Problems instead of discussing 24 hour mushraf trial especially when he has left the country. Where were our leaders, when Mr Mushraf was in country. It looks that our life and death problems are not the part of Naseem Hijazi Novel which Make feel like hero of the Muslim world and keeps the attention of every one.

Today Crack down Have Started On Sugar Mafia and millions of sugar bags have been Caught by Officials. It was very Brave action of Punjab government because mostly "Sugar Mafia" are in "Federal Cabinet", Who pressurized NAB in past when they started inquiry against Sugar Mafia. That time sugar shoot up from 23 to 43 per kg. Now Sugar price has increased up to 25 to 55 per kg. Now hope no one will try to Stop Operation started by the orders of Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shehbaz Sharif. Sugar should be Sell in open market 38 rupees per kg by PM. CM had already said we will provide sugar in Ramzan 40 rupees per kg. Finally I want to say That Crises of Power Also can be Solve But it needs Courage. Authorities Should start Crack Down in Wapda too. Peoples should backup Crack Down against Sugar, Power, Floor, Stock Market, ghee, Oil, LPG, Cement, Vegetables, Fruit, Construction Material, Steel, Property, Transport Mafia. People have to Vote not Cabinet and People Should Wake up for there Rights now.

Corrupt WAPDA personals from meter reader to highest level are very clever, they do no put their black money into their bank account but use their relative’s bank account (mother, wife, etc). I know my brother working in WAPDA, he uses my mother’s bank account for his black money. They have invented new methods, for example after introducing the digital meter (used in Hyderabad sindh) by WAPDA, what the meter readers are doing(after fixing their bribe money to customers), that they do not note the full reading and send bill of only few rupees(5 or 6 hundred rupees). Now, more interesting thing is that after 4 or 5 months, same meter is replaced with new one in order to hide their corruption.
The another method is that the meter is sealed or shown as OUT OF WORKING but at the same time, electric power is used from same power line or meter line. This is done to secure person who steals electric power.
Now world bank and WAPDA are going to start a new project in Hyderabad sindh, where new technology will be used. New kind of power cables will be used. These power cables will not be cut down by any one who wants to steal electric power.
The electric meters will be fixed on transformer. This project will cost lot of rupees. Now, I am sure, Corrupt WAPDA personals will find another method just like they found when digital meter was replaced by analog meter. Whether it is world bank or IMF, they are sincere to us , it is the corruption within our self.

Unfortunately opposition parties are also not playing their rule, because their world is different than common man. They have no shortage of electric power and water. Surprisingly every opposition party is involved in those issues which might not provide significant results. This is message to all our leaders that before you do any attempt or try to resolve any issue, see three important things. (1) Is it most important than others (2) What is prove that it will be succeeded (3)What is its significance. Unfortunately it is not happening. For example take the case of Mr Mushraf trial . New pandora box is being opened these days against Mr Mushraf. Let us assume our courts give decision against Mr Mushraf then will it make any difference to our lives. 100% no, because he is outside the country, he can not be punished. Now some of our leaders think that they will write history in doing so. This thinking is also stupid, because you have lot of famous personalities who have been Given punishment in Pakistan but they live abroad with honor and dignity. And it is really amazing to me that our leaders ( better to call characters of Punjabi movie) have started this issue after Mr Mushraf has left the country. These are very amazing people. No one has ever taken any of our serious life and death problems in their whole life. These leaders and even our TV media have no sense about any thing.

Our economy is not in good position and Mr
Minister for electric power is going to spend lot of money to install rental electric power in Pakistan instead of controlling corruption in WAPDA or bringing solar energy. It is very amazing that our leaders have not asked to govt what is the road map build so far to control power failure. It is their duty to inspect the projects and show same sincerity which they are showing against mr mushraf.
