Step # 1
Take two cups of boiled Kabuli Chana and pressure-cook them. |

Step # 2
Add in a bowl following ingredients:
1/2 tsp of roasted cumin seed powder/grinded zeera
1/4 tsp of red chili powder
1/2 tsp of Packet Chaat masala
2 Tbsp of Tamarind juice/imli pani
Salt to taste
Two tsp of freshly extracted lime juice
2 Tbsp of Yoghurt
2 Tbsp of Boiled Chana Water
½ Tea spoon of Sugar
Mix all ingredients and beat. Make sure the consistency of the paste is
even. Then add, one cup of finely chopped Onion, Tomatoes and Potatoes
with two green chilies (finely chopped) into the mix. |

Step # 3
Pour Cooked Chana into the mix and add black pepper and toss again in
the bowl. |

Step # 4
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Top it with crushed Papdis
(4 pieces) and serve the Pakistani’s favorite snack dish to yourself and
to loved ones. |
