Spicy Bread Pakora Recipe

Pakistan has got a variety of methods to cook Pakoras. Crispy, Spicy Bread Pakora lists among them. Are you craving for these bite-crisp Pakoras? We are, too! Gear up your cooking pan and follow recipe (below mentioned) and get your crispy hot steaming, yummy Pakora bites now.

Step # 1

Remove the sides of 2 bread slices.


Step # 2

Crumble into small pieces. Soak them in 5 tbsp of yogurt and 2 Tbsp of water.


 

Step # 3

Add to the mixture, ½ tsp of chili powder, ½ tsp of salt, Pinch of baking powder, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 4 tbsp chopped coriander, 4 finely chopped green chilies and ½ cup gram flour.

Step # 4

Mix all well. Take a spoonful of mixture and drop it to heated oil one by one.


 

Don’t stir immediately but rather wait for the Pakoras to take shape in the oil. Turn them upside down, very gently.

Remove when they turn golden brown in color and strain on tissue paper.


Serve hot with Imli chutney, Hari chutney, and ketchup or mayo garlic.
