Crispy Chicken Fingers

Crispy Finger Chicken Crackers with garlic sauce is something to be obsessive about. This Ramadan, add this super delicious dish to your Iftar menu because Finger Chicken... deserves that!

Step # 1

Take 250g of fresh and clean boneless chicken meat and grind it well.


Step # 2

Add to the grinded meat following ingredients.

Minced ginger (half tea spoon), Paprika Chili Powder (1 Tea spoon), Oregano (Half Tea spoon), Salt (Half Tea spoon), Grounded Pepper (Half Tea spoon), minced Hari Mirch (2) and Cheddar Cheese (1 Cup).


 

Mix everything well.

Step # 3

Pour Bread Crumbs (1 Cup) on a plate. Beat two eggs and pour in another plate. Pour All Purpose Flour/ Maida on separate plate.


 

Step # 4

Grease hands with oil. Give the Grounded mixture of Chicken meat, a finger kebab shape. Roll a small amount of meat on surface, back and forth.


Step # 5

Coat the Chicken fingers with Flour, then with beaten eggs and finally with bread crumbs. Press the coating with hands and do as heavy coating on the chicken as possible to make it crunchiest.


Freeze them for about 10 minutes.

Note: These uncooked Crispy Chicken Fingers can be stored for 1 month in refrigerator.

Step # 6

Shallow fry the fingers until they turn golden-brown in color. Change sides after 2 minutes. Strain oil well and let them rest on tissue papers.


Top with Melted cheese, lettuce or Coriander with mayo-garlic sauce. Add your favorite extras and enjoy the steaming, golden crispy, crunchy Chicken Fingers which are soft, cheesy and appetizing inside.
