Grilled Club Sandwiches

Step # 1
 


Boil boneless chicken 1 breast piece. Shred the chicken well into a bowl. Mix chicken with lemon juice (2 Tbsp) and 1/4 cup mayonnaise in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Step # 2
 


 

Beat two eggs in a bowl. Add 4 Tbsp of Milk and a pinch of salt and beat the mixture. Fry omelet with little amount of oil. Make sure the omelet is thick and least-oily. The longer you beat, the thicker omelet will be.

Step # 3
 


 

Cut in flat slices cucumbers (2), Tomatoes (2) and salad leaves in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix them.

Step # 4
 


Take 3 bread pieces. Spread little amount of butter and toast them on grill pan.

Step # 5

Spread the slices on plates.

Layer 1st bread piece with chicken-mayonnaise mixture.
 


Layer 2nd bread piece with Mayonnaise spread (little amount) and top with a slice of cheese and a piece of omelet.

Then, spread Ketchup (very little amount, only for taste) on 3rd bread piece and layer with Salad mixture.

Now, layer these filled bread pieces on top of each other.

Note: Top most layer of salad mixture bread will face omelet. (Meaning you add the last bread piece with salad mixture upside down facing omelet as to close the sandwich)

Step # 6

Lightly press sandwich down and cut in half diagonally. Secure with toothpicks. Repeat with remaining ingredients and bread pieces.
