Indo Israeli Human Rights Abuses & Indian Hostility towards Neighbor States

(Inshal Rao, )

December 10 is Human Rights Day, a United Nations campaign that call for the protection of people's rights, many of the organizations are actively working to ensure human rights but the interests ofinfluential states are being proved permanent obstruction in the way of UDHR as they protect or ignore gross human rights abuses of a few states for their business & strategic interests. Human rights abuses exist in every part of world but Israel & India are the biggest share holder in this account, according to Human Rights Watch "Between March 30 and November 19, israeli security forces killed 189 Palestinian demonstrators including 31 children and 3 medical workers, and wounded more than 5,800 with live fire & The Israeli government continued to enforce severe & discriminatory restrictions on Palestinians’ human rights, restrict the movement of people and goods into & out of the Gaza Strip, and facilitating unlawful transfer of Israeli citizens in the occupied West Bank for settlement", for the seven decades Israel has been forcing thousands of Palestinians off their land and houses illegally, using brutal force to create settlements of jewish exclusively. On Israeli footsteps, Indian state hegemonicallyabrogated article 370 & 35A to annex Kashmir into its union which is clear violation of UN resolutions & international norms, since 5 August there has been complete blockade in Jammu & Kashmir, no one has permission to visit Kashmir So what is going on there it is not out yet completely but reports are coming through different sources that there is extreme human rights abuses in Kashmir by indian security forces, Genocide Watch expressed concerns on the ongoing situation & expressed it the signs of genocidal project, there is no human rights, indian forces involved in mass murder, illegal detention, forced disappearances, extra judicial killings, rape & sexual assaults to suppress Kashmiris voices under shield of Indian Government. Some influential states describe India as largest democracy but there is no minority rights within indian territory, Human Rights Commission describes that The government failed to prevent or credibly investigate growing mob attacks on religious minorities, marginalized communities, and critics of the government—often carried out by groups claiming to support the government. At the same time, some senior BJP leaders publicly supported perpetrators of such crimes, made inflammatory speeches against minority, promoted Hindu supremacy & ultra-nationalism, which encouraged further violence. Lack of accountability for past abuses committed by security forces persisted even as there were new allegations of torture and extrajudicial killings, including in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Haryana. Not only this but also India involved in cross border terrorism in Pakistan & supporting terrorist groups for decades India has been interfering in Pakistan’s domestic affairs for decades. The dismemberment of Pakistan in 1971, the making of Bangladesh is a solid precedence as confessed of involvement in MuktiBahini by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi during his visit to Bangladesh in June 2015 He confessed that In June 2015 that India was involved in the activities to destabilize Pakistan. He expressed his views that India had no regrets for assisting Mukti-Bahini Movement for creating Bangladesh, he stated that he was one of the young volunteers who came to Delhi in 1971 to participate in the Satyagraha Movement, launched by Jana Sangh as a volunteer to support Mukti-Bahini. The international community has witnessed the brutalities of MuktiBahini in East Pakistan. After Nine Eleven Pakistan bear huge loss & sacrifices in war against terror but during this period Indian spy agency R&AW remained involve to destabilizing Pakistan, in Balochistan Arrest of Indian Naval Officer KulbhoshanJadhev serving for R&AW is yet another evidence of the Indian interference in Pakistan. Its open secret that India keeps hostile policy towards neighbor states, Sri Lanka is another example of indian terror where they remain supporting LTTE to keep destabilize Sri Lanka, China & Nepal also unhappy over Indian policies. If the Indian state would not quite its hostile policies towards neighbor states then it will lead to War as already world have witnessed four Indo-Pak wars & Indo-China War. So it is necessary for regional peace if India would not quite its terror policies so World must declare India as a terrorist state.
