What did the people lose or gain in Pakistani politics?

(Malik muzzamil abbas, Multan)

Have we ever considered our situation? In Ayub Khan's time, there were 22 big industrial and business families in the country. Workers in their industries came to Pakistan from UK, USA and Europe and worked in these companies. Diplomatic condition in 1960s. It used to be London until 1980 or New York or Karachi but 1980 came and the world saw Karachi in ruins and these 22 families were seen wandering in exile in the 1970s. All these families are buried in the past today. Why the voices do not come out! Because the rulers of the country started fighting among themselves. Fighting broke out between the Establishment and the Bengali politicians in 1965 and then the flames of war did not stop. What were the Bengali politicians demanding from the government to give the provinces the right in terms of their population? But then what happened? The Establishment and the Bengali politicians came face to face and as a result we lost half the country. We could have avoided this loss if the General had accepted the mandate of the people to form the Awami Muslim League government. We would have given permission but we halved the country but did not recognize the Bengali mandate. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was an international leader despite his political and economic mistakes. He has not been accused of corruption till today but after Annan came to power, he started fighting with the Establishment. General Gul Hassan and Air Chief Marshal Abdul Rahim Khan have resigned. The General who was made the Army Chief by Bhutto and then the same General did not let him breathe and those seven years were wasted. Lockdown baton charge with tear gas and slogans like "Muk Gaya Tera Show Bhutto" He survived and then finally martial law was imposed. General Zia-ul-Haq became the president in uniform. Ten years of General Zia's execution was wasted in bringing non-partisan election referendum Muhammad Khan Junejo and then expelling him and stopping Benazir Bhutto and making new political cheese. The Afghan war and the Afghan refugees made up for the shortfall. The country fell victim to a curse like corruption. Kalashnikovs were deliberately brought to the fore. This era was also lost in strikes, fights and lawsuits. After General Zia-ul-Haq, General Aslam Baig did not like Benazir Bhutto, so General Hamid Gul became IGI and Parliament looting factory. He became the Prime Minister in 1990 and in a few months he had a quarrel with General Asif Nawaz Janjua. This fight ended with the resignation of the Prime Minister. Benazir Bhutto came for the second time and the Establishment turned President Farooq Leghari against her. Sharif also met the President and thus spent two and a half years Mian Nawaz Sharif returned in 1997 and started taking over the country, but then Nawaz Sharif resigned from General Jahangir Karamat and made a general the army chief whom he thought did not have any ground circle but later We also fought with General Pervez Musharraf and this fight took us to Kargil and martial law was imposed in the country. Nawaz Sharif graduated and the era of General Pervez Musharraf started and this era also to keep Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto out of power. Pakistan Muslim League-Q was lost in the birth and upbringing of artificial governments and politicians spent this time fighting and became a case and were discussed in Parliament. This era also ended with the martyrdom of NRO and Benazir Bhutto. When the government came, the government was also at loggerheads with the Establishment until the Memogate scandal and General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani's extension. We also wasted those five years. If Nawaz Sharif becomes the Prime Minister for the third time, the rest of the story is in front of you. Who brought Maulana Tahir-ul-Qadri to Pakistan and in five years What has been done is not hidden from anyone. However, Imran Khan became the Prime Minister and even now a terrible political battle is going on in the country. Pakistanis have seen nothing but sit-ins, lockdown, civil disobedience in the last six years. Put your hand on it and answer which country in the world has been at war with the Establishment and politicians for 60 years and this country has also developed and the country has been safe and which country in the world has I am in love with the economy and the country is economically strong. How long will this fight continue? When will we start work? We established peace in the country for ten years in the sixties. We gave the country a business friendly environment. Unionism and strikes were banned. You see where the country has come from. Every country in the world has agreed that the two main components of the state of development are politicians and the Establishment when they will work together for the country with consensus and unity. So we can walk on the path of development. If you look at any sector of Pakistan today, you will find nothing but peace in it. From the court to the parliament and from the parliament to the presidency, every institution of the country is in decline because we are fighting among ourselves. We are not allowing stability to be created in the country. We are just passing the time. I request you to open your eyes and shake your mind. No car in the world can run on two opposite engines and two opposite drivers. You choose one and put your interests aside and work together for the country. This country is ours and we all take it forward. If we continue to fight hand in hand, we will not see the tragedy of 1971 again. Finally, I pray to God Almighty to grant us all unity and patriotism. Amen
