SCHOLARSHIP AND PAKISTANIS STUDENTS

I elaborate on the Scholarship issue, which directly interlinks with the future of Pakistan. The brilliant students have been awarded scholarships for further study. The scholarship has provided for those who have fulfilled the criteria for higher studies. In this regard, Higher Education Commission is annually awarding scholarships to students for higher studies. In this sense, billions of rupees are spent on them. It is pertinent to mention here that those who are avail of scholarship programs under any scheme have some essential assignments, which are performed after completion of their degrees. In this regard, they have signed affidavits to teach in different institutions in Pakistan after returning for a period of two years. In this sense, there is no special opportunity provided to these students to enhance their skills. Nevertheless, they have bound to teach in Government Institutions to share information and life experience with the students.

Conversely, if these students are not returning to Pakistan then they have wasted billion of rupees that have been spent by the university or Higher Education Commission. It is an alarming situation. Approximately, 80% of students just seeking immigration or job opportunities, and do nothing for their beloved country. It is the primary responsibility of these students to serve Pakistanis institutions and they are bound to share knowledge with the government’s universities. It is a dilemma for our bright students. It is Unfortunately 80% of scholars not willing to return to Pakistan. It is a big reason to worry. These scholars are the bright future of Pakistan.

In this regard, Islamabad High Court has taken strict action to abolish the scholarship program for all students in near future. Over and above, it will enhance strictness to returning to Pakistan. The High Court has directing to Higher education to make mechanisms for scholarships and returning students and opportunities for teaching. Nevertheless, they are strictly bound to surrender their identity or Nationality forever if they are not willing to return. The second option is to return billions of rupees, which are, spend on them. Pakistan is suffering a lot of difficulties regarding those students who have been awarded scholarships. In spite of all this, it is the primary responsibility of all scholars who have acquired scholarships that would be loyal to the state.
