To combat both the perception and reality of asymmetric warfare waged by hostile neighbors, Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs must establish a Permanent Desk for Counter-Terrorism and Peace Diplomacy. This desk, led by a senior diplomat or ambassador with deep international experience, must focus on:
Documenting the human toll of terrorism within Pakistan
Investigating and showcasing India’s state-sponsored terrorism through RAW and other proxies
Giving a global platform to victims and survivors of terrorism
Engaging the Pakistani diaspora and civil society in peace representation
Appointing and training Permanent Peace Envoys who can represent Pakistan at global forums, summits, and academic institutions
This initiative must be deeply rooted in the stories of those who’ve lived the pain of terrorism—not just officials and bureaucrats, but real victims, survivors, and their families.
India: A Rising Hub of State-Sponsored Terrorism
The global community must be reminded that India is not just a regional rival — it is fast becoming a nucleus of state-sponsored terrorism. From RAW’s financing of separatist groups in Balochistan to assassination plots in Canada, the UK, and the US, India’s use of covert warfare is no longer a secret.
India labels Kashmiris, Sikhs, and Assamese freedom fighters as "terrorists" while crushing their democratic rights. These acts mirror its ideological alignment with Israel’s violent suppression of Palestinians in Gaza—another bleeding region under occupation.
Such double standards cannot go unchallenged. Pakistan must lead a campaign of global awareness — not through hostility, but with diplomacy anchored in truth, morality, and the testimonies of victims.
From Tragedy to Diplomacy: The Way Forward
Pakistan needs to transition from reactive condemnation to institutionalized peace diplomacy. Establishing a permanent counter-terrorism desk and empowering peace envoys will allow the country to project its truth and challenge dangerous narratives.
“We do not ask for sympathy.
We demand acknowledgment.
Our martyrs deserve more than silence — they deserve the world’s ear.”
It is time the world sees Pakistan not as a problem but as a witness, a victim, and a voice for peace.
