HOW TO LOSS OUR WEIGHT

2) Make "HEALTH DIET CHART" for discussion any Physician (how required calories of you) for prepared one month OR (It depend of you) .

3) Select any TWO and THREE exercises ( dOn't run for lots of exercises) but I recommended Walking is the best exercise all of them .( and make some fixed twice times to do daily this process) TIMES: morning or evening and night (after DINNER)

4) Check our weight in a one weak .

5) To do start this process slowly ,slowly and with out any Tense.
