When Life grows boring

Boredom is not a new thing for the human beings and they are the only creature who gets bored. Boredom actually is the unpleasant emotional and mental state of discomfort, loss of interest and excitement.

Boredom may be situational or chronic in nature. Situational boredom is based on daily activities and experiences. Like, getting bored from books, class room lectures, and repetitive tasks. Chronic boredom is upsetting and pathological that persists till not taken professional psychological help.

• Use of fantasies in creative way in life.
• Tolerating boredom and considering it due to a reason resides in one’s own self.
• Getting the use of intelligence.
• Engaging oneself in motor activities whenever feelings of bored.
