Recommendation: UOIN "Union of Islamic Nations" recommends OIC "Organization of
Islamic Cooperation" to declare Israel a terrorist outfit for acting terrorism.
This Group of Zionists called Israel involved in atrocities, genocide & killing
of innocent civilians & destroying defense institutions of Middle Eastern
countries since 1948 & occupies illegally territories of State of Palestine
“previously known as All Palestine Government” since 1948.
Study:There is neither an academic nor an international legal consensus on
illegal& unjustified killings of civilian population. Throughout decade’s world
has seen innocent civilians killed by a group of Zionists called Israel based on
Zionism.

Defining terrorism, many scholars believe that the actions of groups or
organizations can be labeled "terrorism"

throughout Jordan, Syria, Egypt and State of Palestine “previously known as All

directed against Gaza started on July 2014 caused dozens of human lives
continues killing innocent citizens of Palestine.

Countries & Civilians caused thousands of lives since 1948. Non-combatant
targets have also been referred to as terrorism.
For example, to define terrorism the bombings of year 1967& 1973 has been called
an act of terrorism. Internationally the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. Other
examples of terrorism may include the World War II bombings of London, Dresden.
Discussions of terrorism in social sciences and philosophy tend to apply to
violent groups.
Failure of United Nations:
It is clear United Nation has failed to counter this outfit Group of Zionists
called Israel even some countries are involved covering terror acts of this
group giving name of so called Defense.
For Example: The United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee has failed to
discuss this group of Zionists called Israel in previous international
conventions on terrorism had never referred neither this terrorism has been paid
attention. Which were not an international legal concept, and that when groups
abuse their powers they should be judged against international conventions
dealing with war crimes, international human rights law, and international
humanitarian law, rather than against international anti terrorism statutes?
In a similar vein, Kofi Annan, at the time United Nations Secretary-General,
stated that regardless of the differences between governments on the question of
definition of terrorism, what is clear and what we can all agree on is any
deliberate attack on innocent civilians,regardless of one's cause, is
unacceptable and fits into the definition of terrorism.
Hoffman argues that even in war, there are rules and accepted norms of behavior
that prohibit certain types of weapons and tactics and outlaw attacks on
specific categories of targets. For instance, rules codified in the Geneva and
Hague Conventions on warfare prohibit taking civilians as hostages, outlaw
reprisals against either civilians or POWs, recognize neutral territory, etc.
Hoffman states that “even the most cursory review of terrorist tactics and
targets over the past quarter century reveals that terrorists have violated all
these rules.
