Since many days a question is
stinging my mind that why our institutes and ministries are failed to perform
their duties. The root cause, which I could find, I fear, may it wrong, but is
that we have a certain criteria for a massager to sweeper, such as age, gender,
education etc, but we have no such cap for the ministers or even for the
president. Especially with reference of education, during Musharraf, s rule, a
law was passed that a MPA or MNA must have a graduate degree, in Feb.2007
election many educated and non political personal got the tickets and electively
become a member of provincial or national Assembly. Many professional political
personal (I will not call them leader, since they are not able to be called
Leader) bent down for this condition. Many of them tried and succeeded to
produce the forge degrees. Many of them have been caught red handed, like Haji
Perwaiz. This condition was totally contradictory to the traditional political
persons. Therefore immediate after election, assembly removed the condition
unanimously.
The second thing, if some body become a driver, he should have a valid driving
license, an engineer must have a professional degree, an auditor must be a
certified from a SCA institution, an ASI must passed the PCS examination top of
his academic education, but, what a surprise, a minister who is in charge and
responsible for the whole nation wide department does not required even basic
structural information about the phenomenon, same like a blind man who will
believe whatsoever has been told.
They have not listened,” every man to his trade”? They blame the establishment
to fail their Govt, What Govt. they have? Establishment never ever required an
unstable Govt., but they frustrated with meaningless questions, with
unprofessional attitude, with unconstitutional and unsystematic approaches. We
recalled the apology of a cabinet division secretary to perform his duty under
the totally silly & unprofessional cabinet minister DR. Baber Awan.
Universal practice is that for a particular position, candidate must have a
relevant experience top of his professional degree and a suitable educational
background. But for a minister, none of them is required, since he is elected by
the people, he have a freedom to become a minister, get extra ordinary protocol,
bank loan, commercial plots, kick backs and indulge the subordinates with him.
A landlord is a Power Minister and we witnessing his performance since last two
years, whole the nation is suffering with his poor and doubtful management. He
had done nothing but promises. He always frame the previous Govt. but frankly
speaking people were not suffering with power breakdown that time, all of
sudden, what happened that all the country start to facing black out?. Due to
his incompetence, he has no experience how to manage the things. He totally
depends upon the others.
I also could not spare the public, since they elect these ridiculous
illegitimates. During election campaign, we only consider our personal relations
and benefits. We divided base on cost, community, personal differences, and
political influences or temporary development program. We hypnotized with their
never fruitful speeches. They went to Islamabad and we in the Hell. We never
prefer our national interest or demand them to produce their last appraisals.
Our politics are totally personalized either for Nawaz Sharif or Banazeer. We
have not taught even a single lesson from our 62 years back history.
Be remember, unless we not change our mind, nobody will change our fortune.
We should demand for highly educated, brought minded and visionary peoples, who
lead the nation, who never compromise on our national interests, who will able
to manage the things. Let us shutter down the corrupt opticians.
