COLLAPSED OF RAILWAYBRIDGE

The other day . one most serious incident of collapse of railway bridge hsd been occurred at Gujranwala just at the time of crossing of an army train in which four bogies and engine fell down in the canal and 19 Nos army Jawans and officers have been killed and more than 100 persons have seriously been injured in this accident.. Although it was an incident of terrorism and all the officers of Department of Railways are fully involved in this most serious incident of terrorism But the concerned Railways officers are not accepting their own fault.

It was not a minor incident. Actually it was one of the most serious incident of 69 Years History of this Islamic Country Of PAKISTAN But it is wondered that our government has never taken any drastic action against all most corrupted, most in efficient and terrorists officers of Pakistan Railway from Chairman upto Divisional Superintendents who are also fully involved in most serious crimes of selling of fake and poisonous beverages and bad smelt , staled meals to RAILWAYS passengers by earning commission of billions of Rupees from GPONDA TYPES caterers & contractor etc.

The main reasons of this incident are as following
1)- All the bridges over canal and rivers and even the railway tracks, which were constructed 150 years ago in the years 1861, are now become expired dated,
2)- The Most corrupted Officers of Railways have not paid any intention in the repairing of these bridges and tracks. Similarly they have not constructed new bridges and tracks in place of expired dated bridges and tracks.
3)- The corrupted officers of railway have not posted any security guard on every bridge.,railway crossing etc
4)- The railway tracks are not being patrolled daily to check and to repair the minor fault of the railway tracks and bridges bars
5)- The pilot engines are not being run twice times in a day daily for the purpose of checking of railway tracks.
6)- The closed circuit TV Cameras have not been installed so far at a distance of every kilometre on the poles on this most important railway track from Karachi to Peshawar of 1697 Kilometres of length so that the roaming of any suspected person along the railway track should be detected at the spot.

7)- I have always tried to pointed out such irregularities and negligence of the railway department in the knowledge of concerned ministers through PPRESS alongwith submission of most useful suggestions for the improving of most worst working system of way DEPARTMENT OF Railway but all newspapers of Pakistan have boycotted in publishing my articles.
8)- If our most popular Muslim League government is really wanted to improve the Department of Railway,then I am submitting herewith most useful suggestions for the porpose of improving the most worst working system of the Department of Railway.

The Suggestions are as following

1)- First of all, the most corrupted and inefficient and terrorists officers of Railways ie 1)-Chairman Raiway, 2)- Chief Superintending traffic officer, 3)-Bridge Inspectors, 4)-Divisional Superintendents and 5)-Commercial Officers should be terminated from the services with immediate effect in the best interest of Pakistan and all such most corrupted ,inefficeient and terrorists Railway Officers should be put into imprisonment for 14 years on account of involving in all cases of terrorisms in Railway.

2)- Such terrorists officers of Railway should be lashed daily before Railway passengers on all plateforms of big cities and towns
Of Pakistan or should be hanged till death so that others officers of Railways should learn the IBRATNAK lesson from it

2)- The Railway Track from Karachi to Peshawar is one of the most important and sensitive railway Track from point of views of defence and safety of Pakistan . Hence this most important track along with working staff of railway should be handed over to Pakistan Army. The Pakistan Army would protect this most important track and also set right the railway staff very tight under his own strict administration control.

3)- There should be constructed 1697 SECURITY POST ROOM/cabins at a distance of every kilometer on this most important Railway track from KARACHI TO PESHAWAR so that security guards should check the moving of any suspected person round the clock alongwith this railway track.

4)- Similarly flush light and closed circuits cameras should also be installed at every kilometer distance at the tops of the poles by erecting 50 feets high poles at a distance of every kilometer of this most important track
5)- Similarly Security posts should also be constructed at every bridge for the security of th bridges round the clock.
6)- BARBED WIRE should be erected on both side of this most important sensitve track .
7)- Gates should be installed at all small and rarely used crossing paths and on the small roads and gate keepers should be posted round the clock at every crossing paths and roads of the railway tracks

8)- Overfly bridges should be constructed at all most busiest roads crossing the railway tracks for the passing of heavy traffic of the vehicles through over passed road bridges

9)- All the licenses/Permits of tea stalls, refreshment rooms, caterers, fake beverages wenders of railway platforms and trains should be cancelled because all the caterers are terrorists. they are most dirty persons. They are habitual of closing fans and air conditioned of the trains and developing faults in cold drinking water plants of the plateforms for selling fake baverages to railway passengers .They are habitual selling of bad smelt staled meals to passengers. Whenever, the complaints are being made to Chairman railway and divisional superintendents, they are not taking any stern action against caterers etc because all officers of railways are terrorists and they are getting and eraning commission of millions of Rupees every years from all GOONDA TYPES and TERROSTS contractors and caterers of the railways

10)- ALL Such most cruel railway officers and their contractors are fully involved in killing railway passengers by seling the poisonous meals to passengers. Hence all the licenses and permits of the contractors, caterers, Tea Stalls, refreshment Halls , wendors etc should be cancelled and all caterers and contractors should be booked under Anti-terrorism Acts for awarding them capital punishments

11)- In future Lunch boxes and pure water NESTLE Water Bottles of well known standard bakers of Karachi,Hyderabad, Sukkur,Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar should be sold to Railway Passengers in the Trains for providing good service for the railways passengers.

12)- In Future, a sufficient amount of budget should be allocated for the construction of new bridges and Railways tracks on emergency bases and war foot basis.

13)- The Pakistan ARMY should check all the working staff of railway through agency of intelligence Bureau for checking the back ground and activities of the Railway officers and their subordinates staff

14)- The Officers and workers of the Engineering staff of Pakistan Railways are also most corrupted and they gulped trillion of Rupees by showing progress in the officially documents but there no any development work were carried out at site. It is advised that past ten years record of Engineering Department should be checked by the special teams of Auditor General of Pakistan .

15)- It is also suspected that Pakistan Railways has employed most of the persons in the engineering branch without getting verification from the police stations because it is suspected that Railway officers of the engineering Department had employed terrorists in this section and working staff of the Railway Engineering are seemed to be fully involved in up-rooting the railway fish plates of the tracks and such criminal staff are also involved in the theft cases of the railway materials. Hence by detecting terrorist staff in the railway and then taking drastic action against them can finish the terrorisms in the department of railways.

16)- Hence I am of the opinion that one ex army officer ie Lt General
Should be posted in Railway in order to set right the working position of Railways.
17)- It is also suggested that TEZGAM, GREEN EXPRESS KARACHI EXPRESS,Bolan Mail,AWAMI EXPRESS should be handed over to private firms for a period of two years on experimental basis for providing most excellent service to the passengers.
18)- All officers of Railway should be retired from railway service on completion of 15 years of service otherwise the corruptions and terrorisms can be be finished.
19)- The contractor collies should not be allowed inside railways yards areas. The railway should introduce the system trolleys for the passengers and permanent coolies should be employed in stead of casual coolies.

20)-Railways should engaged a special team of CID POLICE in plain dress for detecting any suspected person roaming in the railway premises for foil the bad activities of the terrorists.
I hope that our Muslim League government of Mian Nawaz Sharif Sahib will consider my most useful suggestions and will surely act upon my suggestion for the crushing of terrorisms in Pakistan by taking most stern action against railway officers at faults.
