Aero Club Wedding Hall

I booked a program in Aero Club Lawn near NIPA Chorangi. They charged a handsome amount onto me assuring that they will provide quality services for my personal program. On the day of the program they took all the payment from me before the program starts. One of my family member visited the lawn before and told them to correct few issues on the ground. However when the program was started those things were not put into order. Following were some of their bad quality issues: 1. Loose, open wirings on the floor: There were loose and open wirings on the ground, they did not correct it even after intimation due to which multiple guest fell down which left us ashamed. 2. Improper ventilation due to inadequate number of fans: The fans in the lawn were not sufficient and they do not bother to arrange sufficient fans even after multiple intimations. All the guests were sweating badly in the summer season. 3. Dirty Conditions of Toilets: All the toilets were in a bad state, neither these were properly cleaned. 4. Theft of Dinner Food Items: The food which was booked from another catering service fall short at the end and the hosts were left without food. The catering provider was also amazed as to how it was possible since the guest also appeared as planned. Later many guests reported that food has been taken off from the lawn by the waiters through some stealing channels made in the arrangement. One of the guest even reported that some food was loaded on to a Suzuki Van. 5. Non Responsive Management: Some of the task identified above were reiterated to the management of Aero Club however they not only failed to respond instead they turned a deaf ears on that. They also maintained a bad outlook for providing these services. Therefore anyone who is going to book this lawn should be well aware and avoid booking here. My experience was way too bad and it brought shame to me since many of our guest fell down due to bad wiring situation. Such lawns and banquets should be brought into lights so that people won’t fall into their traps.
