I was shocked of the behaviour of the staff. They don't know what customer relationship is . I went today at 3 p.m to buy 30 faluda ice cream but o entrance staff said to wait outside as staff is having lunch. IT is really ridiculous and shameful attitude. They should have said to.be seated till staff get free. How and why customer to be treated like this and why customer wait in heat outside. There is not only baluch ice cream in the area. If anyone want respect one should boycott this shop
