  3. Onion 1
  4. Ginger 1 tsp
  5. Garlic 1 tsp
  6. Green chilli 4-5
  7. Salt as required
  8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  9. Ingredients for Batter:
  10. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  11. Rice flour 1/4 cup
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  14. Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  15. Baking powder 1 pinch
  16. Sweet soda 1 pinch
  17. Water as required
  18. Oil for frying
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Batter ky liye mixing bowl main tamam ajzaa mix kryn.
  • 2- Phir blender main tamam ajzaa daal kr blend kr lyn.
  • 3- Ab isy Fish fillet par laga kr 1 ghanty ky liye fridge main rakh dyn.
  • 4- Phir karahi main oil garam kryn aur fish fillet ko tyaar batter sy coat kar ky dheemi aanch aanch par fry kryn aur serve kryn.
