  3. Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  5. Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  6. Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Green chillies chopped 4
  9. Oil 1/2 cup
  10. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  11. Chopped coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  13. Salt 3/4 tsp
  14. Ingredients To Temper:
  15. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  16. Curry leaves 10-12
  17. Oil 1/4 cup

  • METHOD:
  • 1- Jheengon pr merination ky ajzaa lagain aur 2 ghanty merinate kr lyn.
  • 2- Ab aik pan main oil garam kr ky merinate kiye jheengy 5 minute fry kryn.
  • 3- Phir aik pan main bighar ky ajzaa shaamil kr ky fry kr lyn.
  • 4- Akhir main jheengon pr bighaar ka tarka laga kr serve kryn.
