Ingredients
  1. 1 cup> Onion (chopped)
  2. 1 & 1/2 cup> Boiled & mashed potatoes
  3. 1 cup> Cauliflower (grated)
  4. 1 cup> carrot (grated)
  5. 1 cup> Boiled peas
  6. 2-3> Green chilies (finely chopped)
  7. Salt> to taste
  8. 1 tsp> Black pepper
  9. 1 tsp> Chaat masala
  10. 1 tsp> Crushed red chilies
  11. 2 tsp> Ginger garlic paste
  12. 3> Bread slices diced
  13. For coating:
  14. 4 tbsp> Flour
  15. 2 tbsp> Cornflour
  16. Salt> to taste
  17. 1/2 tsp> Black pepper
  18. Water> as required
  19. Bread crumbs> as required
  20. Oil> for frying
Method
  • 1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes, cauliflower, carrot, onion, peas, green chilies, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, crushed red chilies, ginger garlic paste and bread slices.
  • 2. Mix everything well and make medium size balls.
  • 3. In a bowl add flour, cornflour, salt and black pepper. Add water gradually and make a thin better.
  • 4. Dip the balls in flour mixture and coat well with bread crumbs. (Can be stored up to 2 weeks).
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls in it. Cook until golden brown.
  • 6. Serve hot with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
