This Aalo Baday Recipe is my own i usually make Aalo Baday in Ramadans, make sure you do not have gastric problems, always break the fast with dates and take moderate water.
For the batter,mix batter ingredients and enough water for a thin consistency batter.
Boil and skin potatoes. Mash well.
Mix balls ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Dip in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve immediately with ketchup to find more about tamarind chutney.
