Ingredients
  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Salt ½ tsp
  4. Water to need
  5. Filling:
  6. Achaar masala as required
  7. Ghee as required
Method
  • Mix together 1 cup flour, 1 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt with water to a medium dough.
  • Leave covered for 30 minutes, make balls and spread with oil keep for another 15 minutes.
  • Spread each ball into a saucer size, spread with ghee, ahcaar masala.
  • Roll it like a swiss roll, again form it into a ball, roll again, fry on griddle.
  • Serve hot.
